UniStream US5 Range
The Unitronics UniStream US5 range delivers powerful, all-in-one automation combining a high-performance PLC, an advanced 7″ touchscreen HMI, and flexible built-in I/O options—all in a compact, space-saving design. These controllers are engineered for complex industrial applications where reliability, connectivity, and ease of integration are essential.
Compact All-in-One Design
UniStream US5 models feature a 7-inch 800×480 WVGA TFT resistive touchscreen, supporting 65k colours and an anti-glare finish for enhanced visibility in industrial environments. With the PLC, HMI, and IO’s built into a single device, users benefit from simplified installation and reduced panel footprint.
Powerful Processing & Memory
Depending on model series (B5 or B10), UniStream US5 devices offer robust system resources, including:
• Up to 512 MB RAM, 3 GB system ROM, and 1 GB user ROM for standard models.
• Pro versions (B10) include enhanced memory (e.g., 6 GB system memory), audio jack, video/RSTP support, built-in web server, and SQL client functionality.
Versatile Built-In I/O Configurations
The UniStream US5 line includes numerous IO variants, supporting digital, analogue, high-speed, temperature, and relay/transistor outputs. Examples include:
• US5-B10-RA28: 14 digital inputs (incl. HSC), 2 analogue inputs, 2 temperature inputs, 8 relay outputs, and 2 analogue outputs
• US5 B10-R38: 24 digital inputs, 2 analogue inputs, 12 relay outputs (Pro version).
• US5-C10 RA28: 14 digital / 2 analogue inputs, 10 transistor / 2 analogue outputs, UniCloud-enabled.
For expanded applications, users can add Local Uni-I/O™ modules via UAG CX adapters or extend systems via EX RC1 CANbus remote I/O up to 1000 meters.
