UMI-B1 Series – STO

Save IO by using your PLC to directly control your Unitronics VFDs / Inverters (UMI)

This series of inverters has a safe torque off facility certified by TUV-SUD, is CE marked and is available from 0.4 kW to 110 kW.

These inverters can be used as stand alone variable speed drives or they can be controlled by other third party equipment by traditional analogue and digital IO.  A Modbus serial communication option  is also available.  Real cost savings can be made when it comes to integration with a Unitronics PLC/HMI as in built functions, in both VisiLogic and UniLogic, allow fast configuration of motor axes.  Control and configuration parameters can be readily transferred to and from Samba, Vision and UniStream controllers.

Unitronics Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)—also called inverters—optimize machine performance, save energy, and lower machine life cycle costs across a range of applications.

 

Unitronics VFDs offer options for both single and three phase VFDs from from 0.4 kW and up to 110 kW.
